Contribution limits in the aggregate over the fundraising period are as follows:

$650 from individuals

$4,100 from organizations (this includes law firms)

$4,100 from political action committees
Corporations (excluding limited liability companies, known as LLCs) may not contribute to Chief Magistrate Kreitzer’s campaign for judge of the Stark County Family Court, and this includes non-profit corporations. Employees of Stark County Family Court cannot contribute. Members of law firms that are partnerships or LLCs may contribute individually without their contributions counting against the organizations limit. Contributions are not tax deductible. Contributions may be accepted by judicial campaigns during the judicial fundraising period which begins 180 days before the primary election and ends 120 days after the general election.
